Overview
Brooklyn-based RE/MAX Edge agents are required to maintain active membership with the Brooklyn MLS (BKMLS) and the Brooklyn Board of Realtors (BBR). These memberships ensure access to essential listing platforms, compliance tools, and MLS data.
Annual Dues and Fees

Agents pay these fees directly to their corresponding board or MLS — not to RE/MAX Edge.
Compliance Reminders
Ensure complete and accurate listing information.
All listing agreements and disclosures must be signed and dated correctly.
All updates (sold, contract, off-market, etc.) must be submitted within 48 hours.
Owner’s name and phone number must be correct — inaccuracies may result in fines up to $5,000.
All documents must be uploaded to Dotloop promptly.

Send MLS change requests to help@remaxedgeny.com as soon as updates occur.
Include all necessary paperwork and signatures.
Double-check ownership details before submission.
