LIMLS (Long Island MLS / OneKey MLS) Membership Guide


Overview:


LIBOR (Long Island Board of REALTORS®) is the local agent association, while OneKey MLS is the listing service platform. Both work together to serve agents in Long Island, Queens, and surrounding regions, but their fees are separated.


Membership Fees (As of January 2026):

Includes local dues ($92.33) and an Agent Processing Fee ($35.00). Includes an optional $50 RPAC contribution. Note: LIBOR dues fluctuate and change every year.

$20 (Transfer)

Standard New York State licensing fees. Fixed by the state.



Important Note on Annual Recurring Fees: The $131.25 and $127.33 amounts shown above are strictly prorated rates for recent joiners and do not represent the recurring annual costBoth OneKey MLS and LIBOR rates fluctuate and change yearly. Future annual renewal amounts are subject to change based on board guidelines and cannot be locked in or guaranteed in advance. Compliance Requirements

  • LIMLS requires owner signatures for all listing changes (price, extensions, commission, withdrawals, etc.).

  • All updates must be completed within 48 hours of any change.

  • Required paperwork includes:

    • Input Forms (Pages 1–3)

    • Listing Agreement

    • Buyer & Seller Disclosure

    • Lead Paint Disclosure

    • Showing Instructions

  • All documents must be accurately filled, signed, dated, and uploaded to Dotloop.


Penalties

  • Incorrect data entries: $500 per issue.

  • Incorrect ownership info: $5,000 fine if verified inaccurate.

  • elayed or missing updates: may trigger compliance warnings or suspension.
