BKMLS & SIBOR Listing Paperwork Requirements

All required listing paperwork for BKMLS and SIBOR can be found on Dotloop → Templates → BKMLS/SIBOR Listing Paperwork.

When submitting a listing request, please include all required forms and either a Property Detail Sheet and/or an Input Form — these are mandatory for all submissions.

Required Documents:

• Agency Disclosure

• Fair Housing Disclosure

• Lead Paint Disclosure (if built before 1978)

• Property Condition Disclosure (co-ops excluded)

• Listing Agreement(s) for all MLS platforms used

• Property Owner Information Form (BKMLS/SIMLS)

• Standardized Operating Procedure Form

• Recording Device Disclosure

• NAR Settlement Addendum (if exclusive right to sell)

Once completed, upload your full packet to Dotloop or attach it when submitting your listing request for review.
