SIMLS (Staten Island MLS) & Staten Island Board Membership Guide
Overview
Agents working in Staten Island must be members of both the Staten Island MLS (SIMLS) and the Staten Island Board of Realtors (SIBOR). These memberships provide access to MLS data, forms, and compliance tools for Staten Island transactions.
Membership Dues and Fees

Payments are made directly to the board or MLS.
Compliance Reminders
All listing details must be accurate and complete.
If there are two owners, both must sign all required forms.
If an owner has no email or phone number, they must initial confirming that.
All forms must be filled, signed, dated, and uploaded to Dotloop.
Any changes (price, commission, or status) require owner signatures and must be updated within 48 hours.
Fine Structure
Incorrect MLS data: $500 fine per error.
Incorrect owner contact info: $5,000 fine if MLS verification fails.
Repeated noncompliance may lead to temporary suspension from MLS access.
