From the Buyer:

• Agency Disclosure

• Lead Paint Disclosure (homes built before 1978 only)

• PCDA Acknowledgement Form (Not co‑ops or condos)

Important:

• ❌ Buyer Representation Agreement is NOT required in this scenario
