When is complete paperwork required?

Complete paperwork is required at multiple stages of the transaction and must be fully executed on time to remain compliant.

A. Once the property is LISTED

  • All listing-side required paperwork must be fully completed and signed before or immediately upon activating the listing

At the time of listing, all seller-side disclosures and agreements must be on dotloop.

B. Once the property is UNDER CONTRACT

  • All buyer-side and seller-side contract-related paperwork must be completed

  • This includes all required disclosures for both parties, depending on representation

C. Before the transaction can CLOSE

  • All required paperwork must be fully completed, signed, and compliant before closing

  • We cannot process agent payouts if:

    • Required disclosures are missing

    • Agreements are incomplete or incorrect

    • Compliance requirements are not met

Completing all paperwork on time ensures we can process payouts without delays.
