How to Close or Mark Your Listing as Sold

Congratulations on your sale! ?


If you have a sold listing, please email help@remaxedgeny.com so we can properly close your listing across all platforms.


To ensure a smooth process, please make sure you have all the required documents in place.

  • If you are representing the seller, please ensure you have all the listing documents uploaded.

  • If you are representing the buyer, please ensure you have all the related documents we need in order to smoothly process your commission.


? We’ve attached the list of required paperwork needed for your reference.


If you don’t have a deal sheet or executed contract uploaded in your Dotloop, please provide the following details instead:

  • Closing price

  • Buyer’s agent name (if applicable)

  • Closing date

  • Property address you’d like us to update to “Sold”


Lastly, let us know if you’d like us to create a “Just Sold” flyer for marketing purposes — we’ll be happy to assist!
