Understanding Zillow’s Listing Feeds

1. Residential Listings

• Zillow automatically pulls (or “syndicates”) listings from your local MLS feed or StreetEasy (for NYC-based listings).

• Updates such as price changes, new photos, or status updates will usually reflect on Zillow within 24–72 hours once they are updated on the MLS.

• If your listing is missing or not updating, first confirm that all information in the MLS is correct.
