4. Days on Market (DOM) Policy

• The Days on Market (DOM) counter starts when a listing goes live in “Active” status.

• DOM cannot be reset unless the listing has been off-market for at least 30 consecutive days for the same brokerage.

• To be considered a new listing again, it must remain off-market for 30 days.

• StreetEasy may adjust or override DOM counts if there’s evidence of manipulation.
