Any updates or changes to your listing on the MLS require a Change Form. This includes updates such as price changes, status updates, listing extensions, or any other modifications to the original listing.
Failure to submit a Change Form — and a Binder when a listing is in acceptance — may result in a fine imposed by the MLS.
You can access all Change Forms directly on Dotloop → Templates → Change Forms.
Once completed and signed, submit the form along with any required supporting documents to the Helpdesk or your office administrator for processing.
