Why are there duplicate listings on my Zillow profile?

This usually happens when your property is also listed on StreetEasy, which now requires a unit number for every property listed on their platform. When a unit number is automatically added, it can sometimes cause a duplicate version of your listing to appear on Zillow.


We usually request the unit number removal on your behalf. However, if you listed the property yourself, please submit a request directly through the StreetEasy Help Center (link below) or via their chat box.



Unit numbers are typically removed within 24–48 hours, and your Zillow listing should refresh automatically within 72 hours after that.


If the listing still does not update after 72 hours, please send a ticket to the Helpdesk so we can review it and contact Zillow if necessary. Be sure to include the property address, MLS number, and screenshots of the duplicate listings to help us resolve it faster.
