  • You want to show your buyer that you can show them any property. So sometimes just getting the appointment and showing the property can start a good buyer relationship. They don’t always make an offer on it anyway. 


  • Just tell the agent that you would still like to show and you will work out the commission with the buyer. You may need to submit a buyer disclosure form signed that you are the buyer's agent.
