•Look on MLS for who is being paid Buyers Agent or Brokers Agent? 

•Then figure out who you represent in the transaction.

•Most likely if you are only working with the buyer then you check Buyer as a Buyer’s Agent. 

•If the Listing Agent is paying only broker’s agents then you check Seller as a Broker’s Agent. BUT your buyer should understand that you technically DO NOT represent them. Its best to get the other agent t agree that they will pay a Buyer’s Agent, because that is how you will most likely act throughout the transaction.

•If it is your listing then you check Seller as a Seller’s Agent.
