•You want to show your buyer that you can show them any property. So sometimes just getting the appointment and showing the property can start a good buyer relationship. They don’t always make an offer on it anyway. 


•Just tell the agent that you would still like to show and you will work out the commission with the buyer. You may need to submit a buyer disclosure form signed that you are the buyers agent.
